The video forgot a couple more variables in the layoff spreadsheet - timing of upcoming bonuses, amounts of those bonuses, timing of stock option grants (upcoming 3 years) and value of those grants (annualized).
Good catch, @David. Yeah, this goes into the "costs" bucket where only visible figures are considered and none of the intangibles that only come to light afterwards...
