THE AIM of this podcast is to introduce a new series I am writing that reimagines each of the ten chapters of Dr. Deming’s book, The New Economics, as a lecture he may have delivered at his old academy, NYU’s Stern Graduate School of Business, featuring you, the listener, in the role of a specially-selected attendee to this once-in-a-lifetime event.

In this pilot episode, Dr. Deming delivers a lecture based on the preface of the book where he outlines what will be learned in upcoming lectures, including his meta-theory, The System of Profound Knowledge.
